These commands are safeguarded by a username and password on each device. An sms is sent to the device with the rquired command and an SMS is returned to the users cellphone with the necessary information. In addition to being also to use the SMS functionality for retrieving information you are able to opperate the 2 output replays on the device to remotely enable or disable the item connected to the input. This can be used to do things such as disable the fuel pump and render the vehicle immobile if it leaves its designated route. It can then be enabled again with another SMS.

Track Fleet has software capable of all of the necessary fuctions available for free download to directly view the status of the vehicles by SMS.

Settings for the device can also be altered via SMS. This allows a unit that is already installed to be mainted and changed even after installation without direct access to the unit.
